ABOUT THE POSITION
Nomology is looking for an Agency Sales Director in San Francisco or the Pacific
Northwest region to join our team. This role will be responsible for selling Nomology
directly to media agencies and global brands. We seek a strategic partnership manager
with deep digital advertising experience and a robust network of agency contacts. The
ideal candidate thrives in challenging the status quo and proposing innovative solutions.
Can identify the limitations of traditional YouTube partner models and ignite a desire for
change within agencies and has a demonstrated a track record of creating and growing
revenue around digital video advertising solutions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly account revenue streams accurately.
Identify, develop, and implement effective partnership sales plans, playbooks, and strategies, ensuring maximum value is delivered to both the agency partner and Nomology.
Meet and exceed defined partnership sales targets.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional roles, including Product Management, Client Services, etc. to maximize revenue while driving innovation on behalf of our clients.
Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and competitive differentiators.
Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers focusing on digital media agencies (AORs and brand’s direct).
Own the entire RFP process in collaboration with Client Services to ensure the best of Nomology’s offering is highlighted to meet agency or brand needs.

WHO YOU ARE
BA/BS degree, similar college-level education, or equivalent working
experience.
5+ years of advertising sales to brand advertisers and agency leaders.
You thrive in challenging the status quo and proposing innovative solutions.
You can identify the limitations of traditional YouTube partner models and ignite a desire for change within agencies.
You excel at both verbal and written communication, articulating complex ideas about the YouTube landscape and tailoring their message to different stakeholders (media buyers, CFOs).
You naturally ask insightful questions to uncover hidden pain points and limitations in an agency's current YouTube strategy.
You have a thorough understanding of the YouTube ecosystem. This includes knowledge of ad formats, targeting options, bidding strategies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for YouTube campaigns.
You understand the power of data and analytics to optimize campaigns and deliver measurable results. You can translate insights into actionable strategies for agencies.
You build strong relationships with agency decision-makers by fostering trust and becoming a trusted advisor on all things YouTube marketing.
You collaborate effectively with internal teams at Nomology to ensure successful client onboarding and campaign execution, as well as integrate seamlessly with the agency's existing workflow.
You have a hunter mentality and possess a self-motivated, results-oriented drive to achieve sales targets and close deals.
You understand the business challenges faced by agencies and can demonstrate how Nomology's solutions directly address those challenges and contribute to agency and client success.
You are adaptable and eager to learn new trends and strategies.
You are passionate about YouTube marketing and possess the energy and enthusiasm to inspire agencies and clients to unlock the platform's full potential.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate working relationships across the organization and in market.
Confident presentation skills – must have experience presenting to a broad range of decision-makers.
Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and ability to convey how Nomology’s proprietary technology fits in amongst a crowded Lumascape.
You are a strategic thinker with the ability to translate digital marketing needs into compelling solutions; this skillset will propel you at Nomology where we enable our partnership team to fully own your book of business.

COMPENSATION
The target base salary for this position is $140,000, ultimately dependent on the depth
and relevance of prior experience. The target OTE is $280,000 and commission is
uncapped.
