Marketing Operations Program Manager Contract: 12 months Location: REMOTE Duties: As Marketing Program Manager on the Marketing Planning, Business Operations & Enablement team, you will be responsible for product marketing business operations. You will directly contribute to the overall success of our Network Security, Cortex and Prisma Cloud teams by streamlining processes, leading the teams through our planning and budget cycles, managing budgets and ensuring the team is compliant. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to manage projects for the product marketing teams leading workstreams to achieve a high level of performance and quality and have a direct impact on launches. This role requires working regularly with the tools, templates, and systems that support our planning, budgeting and business operations processes. This role is pivotal to the success of the organization, is collaborative in nature, and will continue to flex and grow as the organization matures. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in marketing business planning, campaign cycle planning, marketing operations, creative development, launch management, data analytics, and other shared services for projects. Identify and structure systems to solve marketing program issues by working with stakeholders across the organization, managing communications, overseeing milestones and timelines, and leading cross-functional groups to synthesize feedback and deliver on objectives. Architect, accelerate progress, and complete projects, including defining project scope and schedule, managing risks and issues, and holding teams accountable for their commitments. Boost team efficiency and reduce redundant work by leveraging your agile program management skills, establish best practices, and accelerate adoption. Achieve scalability and establish consistent processes to enable more efficient execution across the organization. Innovate and test new program management trends to improve processes. Improve alignment and project visibility. Empower our regions and improve the alignment and scalability with our regional marketing teams. Skills: Expertise in both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit the project and business environment 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Project Manager, PMP preferred Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies A proven track record of successfully managing large, complex projects in a fast paced environment using Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, etc. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands; Comfortable with ambiguity Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and technical teams at all levels Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view Deadline-driven, organized, and able to adapt to the rapid business and organizational demands that result from a high-growth environment Strong EQ - effective interpersonal skills to build working relationships and accomplish work goals; Strong ability to help people feel valued, appreciated and included in discussions.
