Job Summary: The Administrative Associate will play a crucial role in supporting our wealth management team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Manage and route incoming client inquiries and communications.
  • Maintain and update client records in our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Schedule client meetings and manage team calendars.
  • Assist with the preparation of client reports and presentations.
  • Support marketing and client outreach initiatives, including social media management.
  • Perform general office administration tasks, such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and client-focused approach to work.

Education and Prior Experience:

  • 2 years prior experience in administrative support, preferably in financial or wealth management
  • High school diploma required, Associates degree or higher a plus
