As we continue to grow at an accelerated pace, we are seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our Digital Operations team. This role combines strategic product management with hands-on web merchandising, requiring a unique blend of analytical skills, market insight, and an understanding of e-commerce and consumer behavior.
Responsibilities :
-Set up new product launches across the ecommerce platforms by collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and more.
-Project manage ecommerce experiments including briefing, copywriting, design, and dev teams to ensure a timely and smooth launch.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on Shopify product analysis, bundles, subscription retention and turn strategies.
-Analyze customer behavior, site analytics, and product performance to drive strategic decisions.
-Lead customer account acquisition and retention efforts.
-QA new product and feature launches to ensure optimal customer experience.
-Create and maintain collections and landing pages.
Qualifications :
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is preferred.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in wholesale marketing or managing e-commerce storefronts.
-Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms.
-Organized and highly motivated, fast learner.
-Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and levels within the organization.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
