We’re approaching the problem of financial crime with a completely new lens, and are building innovative new products to reduce financial crime. Our first product automates the testing of financial crime controls, and helps companies understand and improve their effectiveness. We are building “the” tool for Compliance Officers, and want to improve their job across a variety of areas. This is a hugely underserved market, and one that is ripe for disruption. We are building world-first technology to make a real, tangible improvement in the world, starting in the financial services industry. But this is just the start. Our mission will require us to build products across multiple industries and geographies. We are seeking a results-driven strategic accounts manager to manage our key account portfolios. You will be developing client relationship management strategies, establishing strong client relationships, and suggesting innovative solutions to meet client needs. To ensure success as a strategic accounts manager, you should possess extensive sales experience in a related industry and the ability to generate business leads. An outstanding strategic accounts manager will be someone whose customer-oriented approach and sales expertise result in increased profitability. The Role We are looking for a strategic Account Manager to join Cable and work directly with Candace, our CRO, to be responsible for how we grow and strategically manage our customer order book. We think that the ideal candidate is someone with a background in scaling customers quickly, who has worked in companies with a clear account management approach and quota, and who is a super smart generalist. Initially, you will have one foot planted in execution and one foot in strategy. Over time, we expect this person to manage more of the team and set the tone for how we work as efficiently and as objectively as possible. What you’ll be working on

Maintaining assigned key accounts and providing ongoing strategic client guidance. Developing and implementing client growth and advocacy strategies. Communicating with key clients to monitor client expectations and satisfaction. Growing the relationships Cable holds with client company. Identifying new business leads and contacting prospective key clients to promote products and services. Establishing efficient communication channels and liaising between key clients and internal departments. Recommending and implementing improvements to the management of key client relationships. Monitoring sales performance metrics and facilitating timely interventions. Performing record-keeping, as well as preparing sales forecasts and reports. A minimum of four years' experience as a strategic accounts manager, or similar. Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce and HubSpot. Extensive experience in B2B sales in a related industry. Clear record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets. In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies. Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. Great problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Who we are

We are a remote only company. We are building our product and engineering teams in European timezones and our other teams in North American timezones. This role can be based in any North American timezone, but will need considerable crossover with GMT. We put our no-office savings towards meaningful, quarterly, team meet ups in fantastic locations.
