Job Title: Reliability Engineer

Job Description

As a Reliability Engineer, you will perform duties in a safe manner, utilizing all safety equipment, and successfully complete all safety certification requirements. You will work closely with the Facilities Manager to develop, coordinate, and conduct technical reliability studies and evaluations to maintain equipment reliability. Your role involves investigating and analyzing variables that affect processes and assets, compiling reports, and recommending corrective measures to meet acceptable reliability standards. You will develop, track, and maintain reliability databases and documentation, provide technical support on reliability issues to plant engineering, and participate in engineering activities that enhance equipment reliability. Additionally, you will lead Root Cause Failure Analysis, and Reliability Maintenance, including preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and train employees on the value of maintenance reliability to increase operational efficiency. You will also support and comply with all food safety, quality, and legality requirements.

Willingness to work off hours including evenings and weekends as required by the job. Able to spend time in plant areas, which involves walking long distances, standing, climbing stairs and ladders, and moving through close spaces to understand and audit the process.
