Job Title: Systems Reliability Engineering

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Reliability Engineering professional to join our team at Cummins. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

* Investigate and analyze product test system and process problems to identify causal mechanisms and recommend appropriate actions.
* Apply and support the improvement of processes such as test system specification, design, and validation, as well as tools like FMEA, 7-step problem solving, and process hazard analysis.
* Collaborate with lab customers, lab technicians, and component suppliers to deliver test system requirements, processes, and instructions.
* Make decisions regarding component selection, calibration processes, and operating processes that impact test equipment accuracy, reliability, and operating cost.
* Own problem resolution for moderately complex components, products, systems, subsystems, or services.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in an engineering field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
