Overview:
We are currently seeking a Consumer & Business Banking Regional Manager. This position

will have overall responsibility for the effective performance of full-service branches within his or her assigned region, including operations, production, client service, training, security, and safety in accordance with the banks objectives. This position will be responsible for the performance objectives and procedures for the regions consumer banking function and managing the teams goals and objectives of their business lines.

Responsibilities:
Provide leadership in driving the overall performance of the branches in all scorecard areas
Responsible for managing the sales, service and operations across Consumer Banking and Retail Branches
Work directly with teams to drive growth in deposits, commercial loans, mortgage loan, fee income, while cross selling the banks other products and services including Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Banking, Small Business, Wealth Management, Investment, Treasury Management Services, Foreign Exchange, and Insurance)
Responsible for selecting, coaching, and developing high performing talent
Champion innovation in process and products to achieve goals and to identify new areas of business opportunity
Develop and deploy consumer sales and service training and support managers in outbound business development
Collaborate with other management to establish and achieve meaningful production goals, complete retail initiatives, maintain uniformity of bank-wide best-practices and contribute to retail division long term growth and efficiency
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required, Masters or above preferred.
10+ years of experience in Consumer Banking with strong Management experience
Must have knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC Laws/Regulations, understand how these obligations relate to his/her role, and comply with these laws and regulations
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Compensation:
The base pay range for this position is USD $67,000.00/Yr. - USD $130,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
