Job Overview

The Supervisor, Supply Chain Planning Fulfillment primary role is to partner with the team to support load optimization; support innovation execution, processes, such as new SKU launches, product conversions, in and outs (Limited time offer SKUs), and exit strategies, for their perspective functional areas and work cross-functionally with Product Supply Planning on project initiatives to support best business decisions. This role will support the planning and workflow forecasting, production, purchasing, and distribution of CCCI's full goods for our internal sales system, ensuring sufficient products are available in the right locations to sell while maintaining a low level of inventory across the network.

Duties & Responsibilities

•Coordinate the execution of the introduction and deletion of new items
•Support the S & OP process; manage the sales and operations vendor alignment with Suppliers; oversee the master packaging list against RGM data, and report forecast along with inventory pulls
•Oversee the vacation schedule for the Fulfillment Team
•Lead information source to Fulfillment Team
•Contribute to the overall innovation development strategy and supports the execution for fulfillment product conversions
•Manage product summer builds, contribute to fulfillment system setting directives to support inventory and balancing level initiatives
•Ensure the development and execution of the best plan to replenish new item launches such as initial pipeline fill, and additional production requirements to the field
•Other factors include chain authorization changes, manufacturing capacity, raw material availability, and transportation costs
•System and Process Management - Support the execution of promotional in and out items. Oversee the FF planning and communication from start to conclusion
•Oversee authorizations of approved shrinkage on promotional items that go out of date
•Lead allocation support items to support fair share and Trade team customer directive tier rollouts
•Supervise a team to deliver results by communicating company goals and deadlines
•Engage and develop teammates through effective performance management, coaching, and training
•Implement continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus, and embody company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

•Experience with sales and operations planning
•Experience with ERP, Planning Systems, Supply Chain, and Procurement
•Strong written and presentation skills
•Project Management experience with inventory and capacity management methodologies
•Ability to identify and adapt to company SKU strategy changes; coordinate, and drive efforts within the direct team to support these objectives
•Required to have a broad understanding of all CCCI supply chain with the ability to represent the key disciplines to internal and external customers and key CCCI partners
•Lead resource for their functional area for complex research, support, and troubleshooting
•Strong analytical and fact-based problem solver

Minimum Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree (4 years)
•Knowledge acquired through 3 - 5 years of work experience
•Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering
