All religious, medical, or other legally recognized exemptions regarding vaccination status will be considered.Job SummaryProvide help desk and end user support for the team onsite as well as on game/event daysEssential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in workstation deployments.Update maintenance and user administration.Provide technical support through ticketing system, email and phone calls. Install, upgrade, diagnose and fix hardware and software related issues.Assist in creation/deployment of media content. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred. Support and communicate Compay initiatives.Hold team members accountable to Levy Company guidelines as stated in training manual and Levy employee handbook. Respond and assist in any departmental guest services issues.
