**Customer Service Agent - Sell**
The Customer Service Agent - Sell is responsible for delivering customer website support and coordinating customer vehicle purchases.
The Customer Service Agent - Sell reports to the Driveway Sell Supervisor.
**Responsibilities**
* Driveway website concierge/brand promise expert
* Set appointments & meet specified monthly targets and goals
* Establishes and attains goals developed by the management
* Attain daily Metrics
* Customer Concierge
* Coordinates pick-up of purchased vehicle from customers home.
* Coordinates virtual inspection using our inspection application
* Answers questions and helps move the digital transaction process forward
* Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and CRM/email
* Maintain activity log
* Complete vehicle purchases:
* Complete pre-inspection check sheet on all vehicle offers
* Verify vehicle payoff
* Vehicle history report
* Verify required customer documents
* Verify register owner
* Other duties as assigned
