****INVENTORY CONTROL COORDINATOR:****

Responsibilities will include purchasing of parts for stock and emergency orders, management of Pap Machinerys parts inventory by monitoring usage trends, turnover and aging reports. Responsibilities will also include, transferring excess or aged inventory between stores, administering John Deere annual purchase programs, processing of truck-stock inventory, and submitting and monitoring annual surplus parts returns.

Applicant must have a strong understanding of Excel and MS Word, including how to manipulate databases in the Excel program. A basic understanding of accounting principles and of the Tandem computer system needed. Above average verbal and written communication skills a necessity. The ability to multi-task and use excellent time management is necessary. Must be self-directed and self-motivated. Prior parts or procurement system experience preferred.

This position may eventually require some overnight, weekend travel as the lead person in conducting physical inventories of the various company locations warehouses. As an inventory lead, the candidate must have the ability to lead large groups of people to complete a task.
