This position will be in office - located in New York, NY.

Description:

We are looking for our new Logistics and Processes Manager to organize and run Logistics, After-Sales and operational processes of our US office based in NYC. You will have to ensure the proper flow of goods (receipt, dispatching, and storage of merchandise) in both our warehouse and ERP, for watches, spare parts, repairs and POS material. You will also ensure the good operations of the After-Sales Service, offering our customer the best care and service in term of experience, Leadtime and quality of intervention. You will be responsible for the following of the process, and the deployment and use of our ERP system.

Duties:

  • Organize flow of goods and maintain high quality service/standard in the area of sales orders preparation and processing including both operational tasks (packing, shipping) and system/ERP tasks (planning, logical stock management).
  • Organize flow of goods and maintain high quality service/standard in the area of Goods Supply and receipt including both operational tasks and system/ERP tasks.
  • Maintains accurate inventory and customer memo records; ensure associated controls are in place and efficient.
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by ensuring shelves, pallet area, and workstations are neat; shipping supply area is clean and complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Be the main point of entry concerning level 1 support for ERP logistics processes in New York Office, prepare and amend procedures for the team.
  • Assist team with reports preparation and shipments follow-up .
  • Liaise with Head Office team concerning IT/ERP needs, improvements and projects.
  • Liaise with logistics suppliers concerning services, contracts and projects.
  • Monitoring Customer Service Associates and evaluating their responses and handling of customer queries and concerns.
  • Making sure watchmakers are completing repairs properly and timely.
  • Ensuring the overall satisfaction and loyalty of all customers.

Skills/Qualifications:

Degree in logistics, IT and/or organization

Previous experience with logistics processes and ERP (ProConcept ERP a plus)

Solution drive, problem solver
