is seeking a Regional Campaign Manager to lead our community-driven campaigns. The Regional Campaign Manager will run our on the ground field campaigns to achieve wins on behalf of our communities and manage a team of talented field organizers. These campaigns include ballot initiatives, independent expenditures, bonds and override elections, and signature collection. The Regional Campaign Manager will be a part of our Electoral Engagement Team (EET). This role is perfect for an individual who is driven to create change, organized, community-motivated and can motivate others, eager to be on the frontlines fighting for BIPOC communities, goal-oriented, can work under pressure, and is a strong team player.

Role
Responsibilities:
Canvasser Culture & Coaching
Recruit, train, and manage canvassers
Establish a strong professional culture within the field program focused on accountability, specific goals, innovation and a sense of purpose.
Perform monthly evaluations to ensure that feedback is provided to canvassing team
Create clear goals and expectations for canvassers
Ensure team has all proper materials needed to perform their job
Strategic planning
Strategize with Statewide Field Director and/ or Electoral Director on ensure the success of the program
Develop a weekly/monthly plan on locations the team will be located in
Create tracking systems to ensure all programs are on a pathway to success
Oversee and lead quality control
Become familiar with the political landscape of Arizona
Scout out turf to get a better understanding of the places in which our team is located.
Other duties as needed/assigned
Ideal Skills and Experiences:
2-3+ years of experience in field campaigns
Ability to work flexible hours, which may include weekends
Experience with google sheets, word, google forms, and Microsoft Office tools
Experience with VAN and EveryAction
Experience with turf scouting
