The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Revenue Cycle Management and data analysis within the healthcare sector. As a RCM Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for spearheading cross-functional projects leveraging advanced data modeling and analysis techniques with the Business Intelligence department to drive strategic decision-making and identify optimization opportunities within Revenue Cycle Management.Responsibilities:Design and monitor standard reporting packages and KPIs to support Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).Perform data cleansing and manipulation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Work closely with the Director of RCM and individual RCM departments to analyze and improve revenue processes.Creates informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.Identify patterns and trends within data to support problem-solving and decision-making processes.Presents and explains information in an accessible way to RCM team members and Physician Partners.Collaborate with the AVP of Business Development to evaluate external business opportunities, including through development of revenue projections.Ensures compliance with all Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.Performs other duties as required or assigned within the scope of responsibility.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in related fieldExperience in Revenue Cycle Management and data analysis within the healthcare sectorAnesthesia revenue cycle management is strongly encouraged.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, complemented by expertise in tools like Power Pivot, Power Query, and Power BIExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHybrid position requiring 2 to 3 days per week in the officeIf you are a mid-level professional with a passion for Revenue Cycle Management and data analysis, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.RequirementsAbout Providence Anesthesiology AssociatesHeadquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Providence Anesthesiology Associates (PAA) is an independent physician owned practice compromised of over 100 anesthesiologists.
