Client Overview:

Our Client is a leading business solutions provider, specializing in delivering exceptional services to our diverse clientele. They are looking to add a Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18/hr

Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued business clients. Your role will involve providing outstanding customer service, resolving inquiries and concerns, and building strong relationships with our business partners.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for business clients, addressing inquiries and providing support in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Assist clients with order processing, product information, pricing, and delivery details.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints by investigating the root cause and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective and efficient problem resolution.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:
  • 3+ years of customer service experience in direct Business to Business (B2B) services.
  • SAP within the CPG industry is required. EDI is a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency (v-lookup and pivot tables).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Clear understanding of supply chain and warehouse best practices.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
