Job Title: Office Manager Job Description We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The successful candidate will ensure that all office employees work productively and meet deadlines and company standards. The Office Manager will also handle counseling for employees, manage communication with customers and clients, create and manage the office budget, monitor and order office supplies, interview and train new employees, and work with maintenance companies to keep the office in excellent condition. Additionally, the Office Manager will report office progress to management and collaborate on improving office operations and procedures.
