Deputy Services Branch Manager

Essential Responsibilities:
- Functions with responsibility for cost, schedule and technical performance of the operation.
- Interfaces with government officials on diverse issues and problems and works to
- resolve operational issues and problems.
- Implements Company policies and procedures.
- Provides direction and leadership to assigned personnel to include ensuring staff is adequately trained; coordinates workloads, priorities, and schedules to ensure timely and effective completion of work; and monitors and evaluates staff performance.
Assists with coordination of range scheduling with the government representatives as required. - Oversees scheduling of work assignment and workloads in accordance with operational tasking and maintenance requirements.
- Interfaces with union representatives to ensure adherence to union agreements and negotiated requirements.
- Oversees and coordinates research and investigations as related to customer repair issues
- Provides guidance, technical support and assistance relative to operating problems and projects.
- Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or a combination of academic/technical/military training and at least 10 years of job-related experience or equivalent.
- Experience managing a staff of at least 75 direct reports
- Ability to obtain CIMS and CMM Certification
- Experience in managing facilities over 1,000,000 square feet
- Experience as a manager working with labor unions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications.
- Must have an active Top Secret/SCI US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
