Responsibilities Lead the planning, development, and execution of BODYARMOR promotional plans for all accounts using fact?based industry selling information. Produce, track, rank, and publish big?bet execution dashboards that drive accountability and action. Act as a strategic partner to regional sales and marketing teams to maximize BODYARMORs financial investment and capacity while planning promotional spend. Lead sales organization for assigned territory, identifying opportunities and establishing goals to deliver on target. Develop budget, review, and report on various customer trade spend. Provide consistent pre? and post?analysis of account performance using syndicated data and bottler sales reports. Communicate trade plans to bottler and BODYARMOR sales and marketing personnel in a timely and accurate manner. Keep abreast of competitive information and provide consistent feedback to customer team leadership. Partner with Coca?Cola Bottler key account teams to execute shopper marketing initiatives and price package plans. Present customer results at various Bottler, BASN Division meetings to senior leadership. Requirements Bachelors degree. 67 years calling on retail accounts in the CPG industry. Residence within the Nashville area preferred but not required. Experience with syndicated data required. Strong analytical skills. Excellent computer skills; proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Excellent communication and executive presentation skills. Strong leadership and track record in business development and the DSD network. Reliable, hard?working, proactive team player with a can?do attitude. Creative thinker who can work independently. Excellent team management and development skills. Position requires substantial travel (5075%) by car and plane, including local and neighboring territories. Position requires in?person attendance at bi?annual company retreats/meetings in New York (or other locations as it may vary year to year). Must hold and maintain a valid drivers license and be able to drive long distances. Motor vehicle records must satisfy company standards per driving policy. Compensation Pay Range: $116,500 $145,800. Base pay may vary based on geography, job?related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered. Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 15%.
