You will participate in program management/project meetings, conferences, and reviews, including preparing agendas, meeting minutes, and tracking action items, developing, preparing, and providing graphics support for executive level briefs and presentations. Training Support: You will assist in the development and delivery of technical training programs for foreign military personnel on the operation, maintenance, and support of MUOS access acquired through FMS. Quality Assurance: You will participate in quality assurance activities to ensure that delivered defense equipment and services meet the specified technical requirements and quality standards. Qualifications: Minimum 7 years' of relevant work experience supporting specializing in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) within the Department of Defense (DoD), specifically U.S. Space Force/Space Systems Command (SSC)/CGN (Narrowband SATCOM Acquisition Delta). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess technical requirements and propose practical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Proficiency in technical writing and documentation, with attention to detail and accuracy. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support FMS programs and activities. Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software and other engineering tools used in the design and analysis of defense systems. Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree preferably in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or Physics. Clearance Requirements: Active DoD Secret clearance to start. Active Top-Secret Clearance, ( Desired ). U.S. Citizenship is required for this position. The pay range for this position in California is $134,000/year to $160,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract wages, job- related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors.
