Experience of the Right Candidate:

  • Preferred experience with Active Directory, PowerShell, Server and System Administration, Office 365 or any mixture preferred.

Responsibilities of the Right Candidate:

  • Work with InTune suite to produce, deploy, and manage hardware images.
  • Align with daily technology operations, interact with the support team, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Learn to take on unfamiliar systems, interact with them and use them to build successful delivery of results.
  • Contribute on general project lift, learning the needs of the project, asking thoughtful questions, and contributing towards their completion.
  • Coordinate upcoming projects with other engineers and systems admins, work towards a successful outcome.
  • Participate in upcoming mergers and acquisitions as they arise to ensure their completion.
  • Take escalated incidents from IT staff and work with other engineers to solve those top tier problems.
  • Assist IT personnel with training, knowledge base and transfer for all items as needed, especially regarding upper tier incidents.
  • Answer all customer/end user questions and offer them access to helpful resources to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of issues reported, steps taken, and resolutions reached in the ticketing system or via email/documentation otherwise.
