You Have: Experience capturing and analyzing system operational capabilities requirements and constraints identified by end user, U.S Combatant Command, Component, or stakeholder organizations Experience developing documentation such as SoS OV-1, SV-1, and artifacts Experience assessing and analyzing system concepts, functional capabilities, and performance specifications, and validating against operational capabilities requirements Experience preparing engineering strategies, assisting with project budget estimates, developing work breakdown structures, building program schedules, and managing engineering processes that support timely delivery of required te chn ical artifacts Nice If You Have: Experience supporting Foreign Military Sales programs Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required.
