We are looking for a Jewelry Store Sales and Customer Experience Professional to join our Salt Lake Jewelry store team.
Objective: The best candidate will enhance the customer experience from the time they enter the store until they have concluded their visit. They will provide support for our sales ambassadors to assure each customer receives a world class experience. The working schedule would be:
Job Description:
- Work as part of our Customer Service and sales team to provide an exceptional experience for each customer entering the store.
- Able to manage multiple projects at a time with patience, accuracy, and great attention to detail.
- Provide product knowledge, features, and benefits to all customers
- Enjoy interactions with clients and exceed expectations with every encounter.
- Assist in other duties or events as determined by store management.
- Build relationships with sales ambassadors to understand how to route calls based on areas of expertise.
