Front Desk Coordinator

Job Type Full-time Description This position is for a Front Desk Coordinator who supports the mission of Saving Lives, Instilling Hope and Restoring Relationships in an integrated team with patients receiving counseling, case management and medically assisted treatment. **The Front Desk Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:**

* Answer phones with courtesy and professionalism

* Opening of clinic and greeting patients ensuring patient hospitality and cleanliness

* Providing comfort care to patients and significant other(s)

* Schedule follow-up appointments for patients face-to-face, via phone, and document in medical record

* Assuring cleanliness of front desk and lobby

* Patient flow coordination with all members of multidisciplinary team

* Maintain filing of patient records

* Proficient computer manageability for scheduling, changing or canceling appointments and required documentation

* Perform daily financial summary and balance of payments received

* Ordering, organizing and stocking of educational materials

* Collaboration with all members of the team to enhance patient experience and continuity of care

* Assisting the team in ensuring accountability of treatment program and patient compliance

* Assuring compliance with HIPPA and CFR 42 part 2 regulations

Requirements **Education:**

* Graduation from an accredited high school or GED.

**Experience:**

* Medical and office administration experience

* Customer Service experience with proven record of attention to details
