We look forward to welcoming you aboard Responsibilities Process Optimization: Monitor and optimize chemical reactions and distillation processes to maximize efficiency and product quality. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve process issues to minimize downtime and maintain continuous operation. Safety Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with industry safety standards and regulations. Quality Control: Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain high product standards and implement necessary improvements. Project Management: Lead and support projects aimed at process improvements, new product development, and capacity expansions. Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support to the operations team, including training and guidance. Data Analysis: Analyze process data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Required skills and experience Up to 2 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment, preferably with distillation experience. Recentgraduates are encouraged to apply. Strong knowledge of chemical reactions, distillation processes, and process control systems. Fluent English is required. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
