As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing a high volume of customer interactions, processing orders and estimates, and performing essential administrative duties. Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently process a high volume of customer orders and change requests with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Execute a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, word processing, filing, and general office support.
  • Uphold and apply customer service policies and procedures effectively.
  • Proactively address customer inquiries and resolve issues through thorough research and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with operations and sales teams to track orders and accommodate special product or order requests.
  • Direct customer phone calls to the appropriate Hartung contacts and assist with visitor inquiries both in person and over the phone.
  • Previous experience in the glass industry is a plus but not required.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in production or construction environments is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation are key.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including typing and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service with a positive and professional attitude.
