As our Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will develop and implement dynamic digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, email, and social media, aimed at expanding Avidyne's digital presence and enhancing user engagement. You will also create impactful digital assets and conduct detailed analyses to optimize our marketing efforts and drive growth.

Core responsibilities of our Senior Digital Marketing Specialist include:

Driving Digital Campaigns:

Design comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that create leads for our sales pipeline utilizing SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, web content, and CRM contact nurturing.

Developing Digital Assets:

Create and manage compelling digital assets such as website pages, email campaigns, and other digital media that elevate our marketing effectiveness and resonate with our audience.

Analyzing and Optimizing:

Conduct detailed analyses of digital marketing performance. Utilize these insights to refine and enhance future marketing strategies, ensuring optimal effectiveness and return on investment.

Enhancing Social Media Presence:

Lead targeted social media initiatives that significantly increase Avidyne's reach and foster deeper community interaction.

Managing Brand Consistency:

Oversee the creation and management of marketing materials, ensuring consistency and quality that aligns with Avidyne's brand identity.

Forging Strategic Partnerships:

Develop and maintain relationships with digital partners, affiliates, and influencers to extend our marketing reach and enhance brand visibility.

Collaborating Across Departments:

Work closely with other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals and operational targets, ensuring a unified approach to market.

Staying Market-Savvy:

Conduct ongoing research to grasp current dynamics and emerging trends, adjusting digital strategies as necessary to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.

To thrive in this role, you'll need a genuine enthusiasm for aviation coupled with a thirst for knowledge, as those qualities drive innovation within all our teams. Furthermore, a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience driving both sales and customer engagement through modern digital marketing and lead generation concepts, systems, tools, and best practices is essential. Those with a pilot's license or hours towards a license or rating will be given preference.
