Remote work schedule The Job at a Glance As a Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative, you will deliver the best possible experience for our customers. You will be in constant communication with customers, supporting them throughout the entire ordering process. A Typical Day Proactively respond to product/service inquiries via telephone, email or fax. Accurately place and process orders per Customer Service Representative guidelines. Recognize and act on the opportunity to upsell additional products and services to customers. Follow-up on outbound calls, assigned cases and quotes in a timely manner. Properly and accurately document all calls. To Land This Opportunity You can work a schedule of Monday- Friday 9:30 am- 6:00 p.m (EST) You have great communication skills & you're proficient in English and French (verbal and written). You have reliable, high speed ethernet internet connection at home (at least 10 mbps) You have a High School Diploma and/or combination of customer service experience. Your average typing speed is 40 wpm. You live in one of these states: Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Indiana, or Texas.
