**Service Delivery Expert Sales, Technology Transformation**
Job Description
In the role of Service Delivery Expert for Technology Transformation (TT, previously IT) in Sandoz USA, you will be given the opportunity to enable digital transformation and to work with senior Commercial business leadership in Sandoz USA to develop tech enabled business strategy and turn it into actionable initiatives.
As the Service Delivery Expert, you will contribute to our mission by acting as the main point of contact for the Commercial business for existing and new services to ensure delivery to requirements and meet or exceed expectations.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure TT services are aligned with business strategy, business objectives, business requirements, standards and regulations
Understand the processes, plans, objectives, drivers, and issues related to the business capability, as well as the appropriate external policies and regulations.
Identify and qualify new demand with overall responsibility for steering proposals through the early phases of approval
Participate in establishment of budgets and investment proposals and obtain sponsorship and funding
Use technology (e.g. for CRM, salesforce effectiveness, territory management, order and contract management) for better customer engagement and patient outcomes
Ensure the introduction of new / modified services happens in a planned, controlled and timely manner to minimize disruption and improve benefit
Provide TT consulting to the capability partners, educate them on TT processes and methodologies and drive adoption of global solutions
Facilitate project kick-offs contributing to the success of a project team
Take accountability to ensure consistency with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope

Minimum requirements
What youll bring to the role:
Bachelors degree in business/technical area or related equivalent, Advanced degree a plus
6+ years of experience with IT development /project management
Commercial business area exposure
Experience with agile (e.g. Scrum), and/or waterfall project methodologies
Experience with Salesforce/Veeva solutions preferred
Expert understanding of solutions / technology for respective area
Strong business consulting skills; customer relationship skills
Ability to work with others in a fast-paced, fluid, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team
Desirable requirements:
Previous Pharma experience
Experience in leading outsourced near-shore and / or off-shore teams across multiple locations, geographies and cultures
Digital Transformation exposure
