-- Field HR Support Coordinator Job Summary:

-- Field HR Support Coordinator. This role will be the day to day point person for receiving LOA/FMLA Requests, reviewing applications, interviewing, assisting with onboarding tasks, processing employee data information, setting up benefit elections, and initiating employee investigations under directive of HR Director. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -- Review, interview and present final candidates from application system; disposition accordingly Facilitate the onboarding process, such as checking training status, assigning drug testing, confirming candidates arrived and met conditions of hire Initiate and work with Corporate benefits on FMLA/STD requests Intake any employee concerns, initiate employee investigations and work with HR leader/Site leader on resolution Submit terminations and assist with off boarding as necessary Assist with Annual Enrollment Assist employees with benefit elections, facilitate EAP as needed Assist with engagement and retention of employees Work with Site leader on promotions

Experience: At least 2 years experience in Human Resources with thorough knowledge of FMLA, ADA . Must have prior experience in initializing employee investigations and working to resolve any discrepancies in a professional, confidential manner with integrity. Two year degree in Business/HR etc. is preferred. Understanding HIPAA/PII is a must. Qualifications & Skills: Must be able to perform data tasks in Excel such as Pivot Tables, Filters, and Sort. Preferred experience with Macros, Queries and VLookup/XLookup in Excel Must be able to analyze data between data files with utilizing SmartSheet technology Must be able to perform data reporting/data matching using Excel and working with formulas Preferred experience with SmartSheet, OneDrive or cloud based programs Knowledge of JD Edwards financial package is preferred Must be able to multi-task and support various workforce groups. Demonstrated success in team leadership, process adherence, ownership/commitment, learning agility and risk management Strategic thinker who can establish and manage plans while building and fostering Interpersonal skills such as oral, verbal, and written communication and reasoning is required Must posses a valid drivers license Physical Requirements/Job Site Requirements: This position requires working hours and schedule consistent with project assignment Must be able to adhere to customer/job site requirements such as

Must be able to move in and around confided spaces and uneven areas Must have full range of motion consistent with age Must be able to climb and maintain balance ladders Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms, and other job-related noises Visual acuity, depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces Safety/Steel toe shoes are required at PPM job sites. Hi-Vis vest is required on site.
