Additionally, we provide service programs that include comprehensive solutions to drive clients projects to completion.

Our mission is to make research possible. That starts by employing a talented and highly qualified group of experts that develop the tools to support research scientists.

Currently, we are looking to add a Customer Service Representative (9:30 AM to 6:00 PM SHIFT) to the team:

**Responsibilities and Duties**

* Promptly handle incoming calls from current and prospective clients

* Maintain records of client history: Interactions, transactions, inquiries, complaints, comments and plans of action

* Process and bill orders received by phone, fax, email, website and mail

* Maintain weekly international shipments to assigned distributors

* Maintain accurate and detailed records and database entries

* Set up new customer prepay accounts

* Remain aware of product back orders and special orders

* Act as a liaison between various departments

* Observe safety, security and regulatory procedures

* Maintain compliance with all company policies, plans and procedures

**Requirements**

* Education Associates Degree preferred

* Experience Minimum two years customer service required

* Dependable and punctual

* Communicate clearly and effectively

* Ability to prioritize tasks, be organized and pay attention to detail

* Ability to work independently

* Strong computer skills

* Positive attitude, willingness to learn, assist in other duties as assigned
