BreedAbove, a leading pet resort in Ann Arbor, MI, is looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join us as the Lead Pet Resort Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the customer experience at our resort, ensuring that every interaction is delightful for both pets and their humans.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a customer service setting, preferably in the pet care or hospitality industry.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide the team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • A punctual and reliable individual with excellent time and task management abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, with a quick learning curve for new software.
  • Comfort and ease working with dogs

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exemplary customer service, setting the standard for your team and ensuring consistent delivery of top-notch care.
  • Lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes exceptional service.
  • Mentor and train customer service representatives, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to exceed customer expectations.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our services and guide the team in recommending tailored solutions for our clients.
  • Maintain a strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring the resort remains a safe and healthy haven for pets.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer service team and other departments, promoting seamless communication and teamwork.
