Description

  • Oversee all phases of electrical construction projects, from planning to completion.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Monitor project progress, including scheduling, inspections, and quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular site meetings with subcontractors and team members to review progress, address issues, and update project timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, general contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, logs, and records.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical construction processes, techniques, and best practices.

  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and be based in Florida.
