Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager will operate under the supervision of the Chief Talent Acquisition Officer (CTAO) and/or designee. This role includes substantial independence and initiative in the creation and monitoring of promotional marketing materials for Talent Acquisition within the organization. This includes developing and implementing strategies for branding, design, and communication across various media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create visual content for the organizations website, advertising campaigns, and other media ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact of the brand.
  • Generate innovative ideas that align with the organization's brand and tone.
  • Manage the design, layout, and visual aesthetics of marketing materials, ensuring they are compelling and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across corporate and facility levels to identify and fulfill visual and design needs for diverse projects.
  • Standardize HR recruitment materials in accordance with organizational branding guidelines.
  • Select design elements like fonts and colors to ensure a cohesive look across all content and campaigns.
  • Lead projects from concept through to execution, ensuring high-quality designs for both print and digital media.
  • Develop original ideas within stated objectives and make subjective decisions regarding content and design projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Art, Design, or Marketing.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in graphic design, marketing, project management, or a related field within the healthcare sector.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CANVA, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong skills in public speaking, communication, problem-solving, and time management.
  • Demonstrated ability in social media and digital marketing platforms.

  • Effective leadership and collaboration.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

Educational Level:

  • Graduate degree preferred in Design, Art, Graphics, or Marketing.
