Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including Ortho, ENT, Urology .This role requires a compassionate approach to patient interactions and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Responsibilities * Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations. * Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions in collaboration with supervising physicians. * Perform procedures such as dermabrasion and IV infusion as needed. * Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems like Cerner to document patient information accurately. * Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options. * Participate in public health initiatives to promote community wellness. * Manage patient follow-ups and coordinate care for patients in hospice palliative settings. * Adhere to ICD-9 coding guidelines for accurate billing and documentation.Skills * Strong knowledge of clinical practices in hospital and urgent care settings. * Proficiency in performing dermatological procedures such as dermabrasion. * Familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly Cerner. * Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams. * Ability to work in high-pressure environments while maintaining a focus on patient-centered care. * Understanding of public health principles and their application in clinical practice. * Compassionate approach towards patients, especially those requiring hospice palliative care.Join our team to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients while advancing your career as a Physician Assistant in a supportive environmentJob Type: Full-timePay: $73,000.00 - $89,000.00 per yearBenefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Parental leave * Retirement plan * Tuition reimbursement * Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
