Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including Ortho, ENT, Urology .This role requires a compassionate approach to patient interactions and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions in collaboration with supervising physicians.
- Perform procedures such as dermabrasion and IV infusion as needed.
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems like Cerner to document patient information accurately.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Participate in public health initiatives to promote community wellness.
- Manage patient follow-ups and coordinate care for patients in hospice palliative settings.
- Adhere to ICD-9 coding guidelines for accurate billing and documentation.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of clinical practices in hospital and urgent care settings.
- Proficiency in performing dermatological procedures such as dermabrasion.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly Cerner.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments while maintaining a focus on patient-centered care.
- Understanding of public health principles and their application in clinical practice.
- Compassionate approach towards patients, especially those requiring hospice palliative care.

Pay: $73,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year
