Co., Inc. has 55 years of heavy and civil construction experience in Ohio and Eastern Indiana, seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Superintendent to join our team Construction Superintendent Position Summary:

Plan, coordinate and supervise all activities of the project to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Pay range $90,000 and up, Commensurate with Experience Qualifications: 2-5 years experience with civil / structural concrete is required. Experience with water and wastewater treatment construction preferred. Experience in underground utility installation, process piping preferred. 2 years experience as a supervisor or foreman in the construction field. Benefits and Perks: Superintendent receives company vehicle with gas card. Company housing provided. 4 day work week. Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills: Mechanical experience: Pumps, treatment equipment, piping preferred Advanced blueprint reading Knowledge of concrete forming systems Computer literate, use of applications of Excel, Procore, and Outlook. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Detail oriented and quality-focused mindset. Job Responsibilities Manage and supervise crew, ensuring safety measures are followed. Plan and schedule construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers. Develop a complete understanding of all contract documents, including specifications, plans, addendums, and work scope. Monitor progress, quality, and efficiency of the construction project. Collaborate with Project Managers, General Superintendent, and engineers to resolve issues and make necessary adjustments. Review and implement all required safety precautions on the job site including toolbox talks, site-specific safety plan, analyzing fall protection, trench shoring or layback, personal protection equipment, and completing JSA's.
