Position Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to oversee data center projects across multiple states. This role is with a distinguished General Contractor known for its expertise in mission-critical, industrial, and healthcare construction.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary: $150,000 to $170,000
  • Per Diem: $2,000 to $4,000 monthly
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 30%
  • Comprehensive Healthcare: Includes vision and dental
  • 401k Plan: 4% match from the start
  • Paid Time Off: Includes vacation and sick days
  • Company Vehicle: Provided for work-related purposes
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 20 years in the construction field
  • At least 10 years in a Superintendent role
  • Demonstrated success in managing data center projects
  • Experience with projects exceeding $100 million
  • Background in industrial and healthcare construction
  • Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred, but not mandatory
  • Valid driver's license required
