Position Overview

The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of construction projects, including:
  • Establishing strong relationships with clients through consistent communication.
  • Ensuring respectful and professional interactions with all stakeholders.
  • Conducting orientation sessions for clients and owners throughout the construction process.
  • Building lasting partnerships with vendors to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Leveraging technology for effective scheduling, payment processing, and communication.
  • Coordinating all construction activities and project schedules.
  • Documenting and scheduling inspections as required.
  • Monitoring site safety and collaborating with third-party inspectors.

Qualifications
  • Preferred: Associate's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience as a Construction Manager or Superintendent may substitute for educational requirements.
  • Experience in multi-family and commercial development is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Effective time management skills to handle a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Procore is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate job sites, including multi-story buildings, for extended periods.
