As a Hospital Liaison you are instrumental to marketing and ensuring a new residents have a smooth transition from acute to post-acute care. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by generating and managing referrals from hospitals, developing relationships with hospital discharge planning personnel, and developing and carrying out marketing and sales activities. Our residentswill depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, one (1) year of experience in a marketing or similar role, ability to self-start and strong sales experience as well as interpersonal skills. Two (2) years of related experience, skilled nursing and previous experience developing and maintaining client relationships is preferable.
