Qualifications
•Minimum requirement of 3 years of customer service experience specifically in the medical field is essential
•Proficiency in both verbal and written communication is a must
•Ability to comprehend simple healthcare terminology is necessary
•Proficient in the use of computer software and technology
•Familiarity with health insurance plans, benefits verification, and authorization is required
•Strong skills in prioritizing work, multitasking, and critical thinking are essential
•Demonstrated ability to stay organized and handle stressful situations calmly
