Client Service Associate Requirements

1-3 years of experience in an administrative or client service role Bachelor s Degree or Associate Degree required Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Outlook, Zoom, and Teams Familiarity with CRM systems, DocuSign, and Adobe is essential Dynamo experience is preferred Financial services background and startup environment experience is a plus Excellent multitasking and organizational skills to handle a high volume of work Self-starter who is friendly and client-facing with excellent follow-up skills Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate client needs proactively

Client Service Associate Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operations including managing investments, handling 270 clients and over 1000 contacts, and planning client events Ensure accurate updating of CRM, run internal reports, and respond to investor requests Assist with onboarding new clients and updating existing accounts Coordinate with internal and external teams to maintain organized client records Assist in producing investor report summaries and coordinating monthly/quarterly materials for internal management
