Responsibilities may include:Plan, collect and study collect data to determine macro and micro trends in the global supply chain (GSC).Uses knowledge gained in research to develop strategies beneficial to meeting procurement objectives.Interpret data on appropriate elements, such as availability, maintainability, reliability, supply chain management, strategic sourcing or distribution, supplier management, accuracy, integrity, fitness for purpose.Prepare reports on logistics performance measures.Assist in the preparation of total cost of ownership evaluations.Works to align procurement strategies with various cross functional efforts, including design for manufacturability projects.Maintain reports and metrics to determine alignment between procurement and cross functional teams.Lead various projects simultaneously Develop operational and financial models to influence strategic sourcing business decisions.Procurement category analytics as required.
