3+ years of full-cycle payroll You will be the sole payroll individual We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist for a direct hire position located in Fullerton, California. Our client, a reputable organization, is looking for an experienced individual to manage full-cycle payroll processes. If you have expertise in payroll, experience with Paycom and ADP WFN, and strong Excel skills, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: As a Payroll Specialist, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Full-Cycle Payroll: Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including deductions, garnishments, and adding new employees to the system. Perform bi-weekly payroll Employee Payroll: Perform payroll for a workforce of 300+ employees. Balance payroll budget including commissions, bonuses, regular and OT wages. Review timecard punches and make edits if needed. Retrieve appropriate approval from manager for timecards Set up direct deposits Multi-State Payroll: Handle payroll responsibilities for multiple states, including California and Pennsylvania. Qualifications: 3+ years relevant experience in full-cycle payroll processes. Exposure to Paycom and ADP WFN. Familiarity with multi-state payroll, including California and Pennsylvania. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in payroll data entry. Effective communication and organizational skills.
