You will be joining a highly energetic and highly capable team of software engineers that pioneer and maintain the Universal Avionics product lines. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. Experience in software engineering developing software applications using the C and/or C++ programming languages. Fluency in one or more programming languages, preferably C, C++, or C#. Understanding of algebra, geometry, trigonometry, logic, sets and number systems. Capability to troubleshoot problems logically and systematically. Proficiency in the use of personal computers, computer operating systems, word processing and spreadsheet programs. Ability to work effectively with others in a collaborative team environment. Ability to write professional correspondence and effectively communicate information to other employees in English. Desired Skills: Previous software development experience including object-oriented designs. Previous experience with version control systems (e.g. git, subversion).
