You will provide both operational and strategic HR support, managing a range of responsibilities from employee relations to project work. This role requires a confident professional who can partner effectively with senior stakeholders and drive HR initiatives that align with their organisational goals. Key Responsibilities * Generalist Duties: Provide practical HR advice and support to staff, managers, heads, and directors. Manage employee relations, disciplinary, capability, and grievance processes. * Recruitment and Onboarding: Support the Recruitment Coordinator with contracts, joiner, role change, and leaver paperwork. Ensure accurate and timely processing for payroll. * Learning and Development: In conjunction with the wider P&C team and Learning and Development Manager, assist with the provision of training/courses for members of staff and the on-going support that may be required following these courses. * Project Work: Lead and support cross-organisational projects to build people capability and implement effective HR strategies. * Policy and Compliance: Draft and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices. The ideal candidate should have a strong experience in a generalist HR role, with a desire to grow and develop in their next position. A CIPD Level 5 qualification or its equivalent is required.
