The Opportunity
· Identify, plan, develop and direct the implementation of a business strategy that will lead to growth in within the account in line with targets to significantly improve top and bottom- line growth and increase market share. Quantifiable measures for success include:

Plan and direct the organization’s activities to quickly drive growth of the pipeline to have a positive impact on in-year bookings
Leverage excellent CxOs contacts to build, shape and close deals with emphasis on large transformation opportunities
Build and maintain client relationships to bring to bear potential from existing Capgemini clients across all sectors and expand and deepen the business relationship to help settle clients’ future business needs
Direct the organization’s activities to achieve stated targets and standards for financial, operations and trading performance leading to improved efficiency, profitability and efficient management of resources, quality, culture in adherence to the company policy
Address sophisticated client issues and customer concerns involving interactions up to and including “C” level executives
Develop and maintain a strong partner ecosystem
Ensure a clearly defined process and methodology in the sales organization and create accountability for forecasting and delivery; along with establishing and leading the appropriate insight into the sales pipeline
Build a strong, high potential, diverse team with a shared vision for delivery excellence, client satisfaction and profitable revenue growth
Our Ideal Candidate
A ‘C’ level advisor with executive presence, gravitas and credibility
A ‘sales DNA’ with a strong and demonstrable track record in sales and business leadership within transformational outsourcing and a consistent track record of creating, shaping and closing large transformation deals
Consistent in driving large scale business transformation programs (Finance, Supply Chain, ERP transformation programs) and delivering significant business outcomes
Ability to partner and drive teams across business lines and partner eco-systems to deliver results
Excellent client focus, with strong customer relationships and a proven record to grow revenue
Significant commercial acumen and financial astuteness with a focus on the customer and a clear dedication to generating top-line growth
Working globally and across borders; ideally with experience of working with off-shore locations in EE and/or India
Ability to provide strong leadership and mentorship to all functions of the business (sales, delivery and administrative functions); ability to make tough decisions that often require trade-off between conflicting priorities
Proficient command of English
