Minimum requirements
3+ yrs of GIS experience
Expertise with ArcGIS Online/ AGOL – able to set up hosted feature services and views from scratch and understand settings on both the layer and fields.
LiDAr or Utility Experience
ArcGIS Online – Experienced in setting up Maps, Apps, Field Maps Forms, and Dashboards .
Responsibilities:
• Ortho photointerpretation and change detection analysis from LiDAR derived footprints acquired and
classified during the study period.
o Attribution
Structure footprint type
Occupancy details
• Perform Quality Control (QC) on active consequence areas and structure data and provide Quality Analysis
(QA) recommendations for process improvement.
• Reconcile and post edits to production databases and resolve data conflicts.
• Provide process improvements for workflows related to HCA/MCA & structure identification and change
detection, and HCA/MCA data preparation processes.
•
Process Documentation
Evergreen will develop process documentation for new processes and document existing processes, accordingly.
All newly developed processes or modified processes will require:
• Process flow development
• Provide recommendations and workflow diagrams for performing change detection workflows in Esri
ArcGIS Online or Portal.
• AGOL Dashboard Support
• Job aid development
Evergreen will provide recommendations and workflow diagrams for performing change detection and building
footprint reviews in Esri ArcGIS Online or Portal (AGOL)
