Our mission is to deliver the highest quality professional services while prioritizing our employees' well-being and fostering an exceptional workplace environment.What You Will DoAs a Compensation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our organization's compensation practices align with business objectives while remaining competitive in the market. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analyses of compensation structures, market trends, and internal equity to provide valuable insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the implementation, and management of compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.A Typical Day at Prime ControlsConduct thorough analyses of compensation data to assess the effectiveness and competitiveness of current compensation programs.Utilize benchmarking data and market research to evaluate the competitiveness of our compensation packages and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to understand organizational needs and develop compensation strategies that support business objectives.Participate in the design and implementation of new compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and benefits, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior leadership, summarizing findings, trends, and recommendations related to compensation matters.Support the annual performance review and merit increase processes, including the administration of merit increase budgets and guidelines.Provide guidance and support to HR partners and managers on compensation-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in compensation and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing compensation practices, including Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations.What You Will BringThe BasicBachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.3+ years of experience in compensationStrong understanding of benefits and compensation principles, laws, and regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and analyze data.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing confidentiality and sensitivity in dealing with employee information.Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.The PreferredPrevious experience in a manufacturing or construction company.Strong experience in compensation designCertified Compensation Professional (CCP) and/or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) certification preferred.What We Offer:Full-time employees enjoy a great benefits package including, but not limited to:Health, Dental, and Vision coverageFlexible Spending Account(s)Generous PTONumerous culture events401k matching and more* This position is onsite five days per week*Prime Controls is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Affirmative Action/Veteran/Disabled employer.
