Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Sr Corporate Accountant to join our corporate team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support Manager Corporate Accounting on transitioning leases from third party provider to in-house
  • Corporate accounting duties including Lease Accounting under ASC 842 (data entry, lease analysis, journal entries for all Pavion entities), Debt accounting, Intercompany, Cash, Accruals, Financial Statement presentation for Corporate accounting areas
  • Accounting policy alignment across Pavion entities
  • Support annual audit and quarterly reporting as needed
Basic Qualifications:
  • 4-year college degree in Accounting (or in Business acceptable if demonstrating experience in lease accounting and ASC 842)
  • Ability and desire to learn new skills
  • Experience demonstrates business acumen
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Experience meeting tight deadlines
  • Ability to think analytically and work independently with proper training
  • Strategizes ways to improve on processes
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree or CPA
  • Public accounting experience
  • Experience on Lease Accelerator or other lease software
